Dave Mendez joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in September 2018, following a 30-year career in the United States United States Air Force, where he attained the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. Dave understands the challenges and opportunities associated with life in the military and is committed to helping service members and their families get their financial lives squared away. A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a master's degree in Aeronautical Science Sub Aviation Aerospace Management, Dave holds Series Series 6, 7, and 24 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in AK, AL, CO, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, NC, NJ, OH, OR, SC, SD, TX, VA, WA, WI. Dave serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. He is committed to coaching clients to pursue their financial goals and lifetime dreams by bringing sound financial knowledge and trustworthy advice to a lasting relationship with each individual and family he serves. Active in his community, Dave is a member of the American Legion. In his free time, Dave enjoys, football, spending time with friends and spending time with family.
