Karen Medkeff
DVM
Dr. Karen Medkeff grew up in the Midwest, befriending any animal she came across. While in college, she worked for a local vet in just about every position available, from tech assistant to boarding and cleaning to receptionist. She graduated from the University of Akron and then went to The Ohio State Collage of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 1997. She moved to Arizona and practiced for 8 years in Sierra Vista. After visiting Alaska for the first time in 2003, the family fell in love with the state and moved the next year.
