  Our family has operated Allstate Insurance agencies in Alaska since 1995. We help people with their insurance – home insurance, car insurance, life insurance, retirement & so much more. I'm proud to offer Allstate products, because they stand by their service and they cover just about everything so you can bundle and save even more. It just makes sense to work with Allstate and our agency team so that you only pay for what you need. As your Allstate agent, I can help you understand how the choices you make – such as the car you drive – affect your insurance rate. I'm committed to helping you get the appropriate level of protection and make it easy to do business with Allstate. About Me. I grew up in Soldotna on Alaska's Kenai Peninsula. As a kid I worked as a deckhand on drift boats in Cook Inlet and on a beach site in Ninilchik. I met my wife Dianne in Soldotna and we moved to Anchorage in 1985. When the economy crashed in 1987 we decided to return to college and selected Texas A&M University but returned to Alaska to work each summer. We graduated and returned home to Anchorage in 1991. We live in south Anchorage, near Service High abutted next to the world class trails of Far North Bicentennial Park. We use the trails daily for hiking, biking and running. We also enjoy playing at Nancy Lake in Willow Alaska where we have recreational property. We have two grown kids, a dog and a cat and we are pretty much as average as a typical Alaskan family can be.

  Jennifer Joki

  For 20 years I have had the pleasure of representing Allstate customers in my neighborhood and across the state. I have been lucky to create great relationships with families and individuals in the community, many of whom have become lasting friends and neighbors. By merging my Allstate agency with another agency I have been afforded the opportunity to continue these relationships and still be able to devote time to my family as their needs change. I lived in the 49th state for 49 years, but now I am working remotely in Wisconsin where my elderly mother resides. I continue to enjoy my spare time in the garden and preparing our holiday displays. My two grown sons still reside in Alaska, so I am sure I will be back for visits. It’s my goal to provide you with the information required to select coverage that matches your needs. Working with a great team gives me time to work with customers and provide the best service possible.

  Katrina Cain

  Agency Leadership Team

  Katrina is a second-generation Allstate agent. Her father, Chuck Dickey, was an Allstate agent in Alaska for 33 years. He was her mentor and moral compass, and she describes him as “The most ethical person I have ever met” and aspires to be like him every day. Katrina has been an Allstate Agency owner in Alaska for 37 years and recently decided to partner with the Devery Prince Agency to better serve you. In her free time, you can find Katrina hiking in our beautiful Alaska mountains. She has competed 23 times in the “mother of all mountain races,” Mount Marathon. Katrina and her husband of 38 years are both lifelong Alaskans. They have 2 grown sons that make them proud every day. Brian is originally from Hawaii and when they retire hope to spend winters in Hawaii doing Hula, swimming with turtles, jumping off waterfalls, hiking in the volcano and eating tropical fruit that they grow themselves. ALOHA!

  Cheryl Foley

  Chief of Operations

  Cheryl was the first person to join Devery at the agency in 1995. She has held almost every position and now is responsible for the day-to-day operations for the agency. She has been instrumental in establishing the service standards and culture of the agency. Cheryl moved to Anchorage from Arizona in 1994. During her time here she has raised her 2 sons that are now on their own and living in Anchorage. Cheryl and her husband Tom love working together renovating their home in the Spenard area. When they aren't working on home projects they can be found at the bowling alley, exploring the coastal trail or just watching planes land at Lake Hood. In the summer they enjoy exploring the beautiful state of Alaska in their motorhome. They enjoy exploring Whittier, Bird Creek and 4 wheeling with friends in Hope, Alaska. Once the fish start running they take the boat and motorhome and set up camp for the summer at their family's property on the world famous Kenai River in Soldotna. Cheryl enjoys entertaining, traveling, cooking, watching hockey with Tom, and loving on her cats.

  My family is from Mexico/California, but I was raised in Anchorage, AK. I attended Romig Middle School and graduated from West High School. I played the trumpet all through middle school and high school and fell in love with music. My favorite genre of music is indie rock, but I love many genres. Aside from my love of music I also enjoy spending time with my husband and kids, reading fantasy/ sci-fi books, painting, and watching re-runs of my favorite show. I started working with the agency in December of 2013. I ended up taking a four-year break in March of 2020 to be a stay-at-home mom with my now 7-year-old and 2-year-old sons. It's great to be back with my work family and feels like I never left!

Specializing in sales and customer service, I am passionate about helping customers find the right coverage to protect what matters most. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family — I've been married for 17 years and am a proud parent to a 15-year-old son and a lovable Pitbull mix who insists on being a lap dog. A devoted home cook and baker, I especially enjoy making traditional Mexican sweet bread, a nod to my family roots in Mexicali, Mexico, where I love returning for family reunions.

  About Me. I was born and raised in Anchorage AK. As a kid I enjoyed our summer camping trips ranging anywhere from up in Fairbanks all the way down to Homer. My favorite camping spot that I have been to by far is in Valdez. There is something magical about all those beautiful waterfalls. I am now married with 2 young children and can’t wait till they are old enough to enjoy the outdoors and all the wonderful experiences Alaska has to offer. I have resided in South Mt. View pretty much my entire life. Attended Wonder Park Elementary, onto Wendler Middle School, then East High School where I graduated. My fondest memories are the years I played softball for Polar Little League. Now as an adult with being just a hop, skip and jump away from the Russian Jack Springs and trail access, it is so easy to get out of the house for those leisure nature walks. This neighborhood will always be home to us.

  Ted Louis runs point at our Front Desk, and as our Call Quarterback he helps see the customers are quickly and efficiently transitioned to one of our Service Team members. He is an adept administrator who enjoys making things run smoothly and helping our team thrive. When not working, you’ll find Ted hiking local trails or cruising the Glenn Highway with his camera. In the winter months, he enjoys watching movies or studying inside.

  Tom has been helping families and businesses with financial services and insurance products since 1993. During Tom’s tenure in the business, he has consistently been a top producer and received numerous national performance awards plus induction into Allstate Financial Service Hall of Fame. His vast knowledge, passion for the products he sells and the security he provides customers has been a major asset to our team. Tom is happily married to his wife Debra and with 3 children, 4 dogs, and one cat things tend to be a bit crazy around the house. Tom enjoys spending time with family and exploring the great Alaska outdoors, camping, hunting and fishing.
