  • Devery Prince

Agency Owner - Personal Financial Representative

Devery Prince Agency Owner Devery has led the Agency in Anchorage since founding it in December 1995 — thirty years of building a team, a culture, and a customer base that trusts this office the way you'd trust family. Today the agency serves nearly 9,000 customers across Alaska, and customers stick around: retention runs near 9 out of 10 every year, even as the agency has grown into one of the fastest-expanding in the country. Along the way, Devery and his leadership team spent close to a decade collecting Alaska Agency of the Year honors — recognition he's quick to point out matters less than the reason they kept earning it. Devery grew up in Soldotna on Alaska's Kenai Peninsula. He met his wife, Dianne, there, and the two moved to Anchorage in 1985. When the economy took a downturn a couple of years later, they headed to Texas A&M University for college, returning to Alaska each summer before graduating and coming home to Anchorage for good in 1991. Dianne now serves as the agency's bookkeeper, and the two have built both a business and a family together — two grown children, and a household that still feels like a typical Alaskan one: active, outdoors-oriented, and always finding a reason to get outside. The Prince family lives in south Anchorage, right next to the Far North Bicentennial Park trail system, which they use daily for hiking, biking, and running. Summers often mean time at their recreational property on Nancy Lake in Willow, and Devery's a dedicated golfer whenever the Alaska weather cooperates. Devery's approach to business has always been simple: hold the standard, reward the people who meet it, and never apologize for expecting excellence. High standards, real rewards, no apologies — that's not just a tagline here, it's how the agency operates every day.

Education: Texas A&M University BBA - Finance 1991

    Certifications: Property & Casualty Licensed , Life & Health Licensed , Licensed (6 & 63)

  • Cheryl Foley

    Director of Operations

Cheryl was the first person to join Devery at the agency in 1995. She has held almost every position and now is responsible for the day-to-day operations for the agency. She has been instrumental in establishing the service standards and culture of the agency. Cheryl moved to Anchorage from Arizona in 1994. During her time here she has raised her 2 sons that are now on their own and living in Anchorage. Cheryl and her husband Tom love working together, renovating their home in the Spenard area. When they aren't working on home projects they can be found at the bowling alley, exploring the coastal trail or just watching planes land at Lake Hood. In the summer they enjoy exploring the beautiful state of Alaska in their motor home. They enjoy exploring Whittier, Bird Creek and 4 wheeling with friends in Hope, Alaska. Once the fish start running, they take the boat and motorhome and set up camp for the summer at their family's property on the world-famous Kenai River in Soldotna. Cheryl enjoys entertaining, traveling, cooking, watching hockey with Tom, and loving her cats.

  • Bianca Beltran

Director of Quality Control, Claims & Property Inspections

Bianca has spent nearly eight years with the Agency, and her fingerprints are on nearly every part of how the office runs. She oversees daily service operations, monitors the quality of every customer interaction, coaches team members, and handles claims escalations — the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly and catches problems before they start. She also manages the agency's full property inspection process, a job that takes real coordination: gaining access to properties, scheduling inspections, and then helping see any deficiencies that turn up get resolved within the timeframe Allstate requires. It's detail-heavy work that helps protect customers from coverage surprises down the road. Bianca started as an administrative assistant before joining the agency as a receptionist, and as she learned the insurance business, she realized she wanted to build a career in it. Her attention to detail and organizational instincts turned out to be exactly what the role called for. What she values most is informing customers honestly and without pressure — the way she'd want to be treated herself — knowing that something she helps with today could make a real difference for a customer down the road. Because she's well-versed across so many parts of the agency, Bianca is often the person who can answer a question or solve a problem on the spot, without needing to pass a customer around. That's by design — she'd rather make things easy than make someone wait. Outside of work, Bianca is a married mom of two boys. When she gets a little downtime, you'll find her reading, listening to music, or doing something creative with art. Above all, she wants customers to walk away feeling like she went above and beyond to help see everything was taken care of.

  • Kathryn Hall

    Customer Service Team

With nine years at the Agency, Kathryn brings a depth of knowledge customers notice right away. Her focus is helping people actually understand their coverage — not just what they're paying, but why — whether that's through a policy review, a quick change, or walking through a payment together. Having worked as a consumer herself, she knows how frustrating it feels to wonder what your money's actually buying, and she's made it her job to help customers never have to wonder. Kathryn was born and raised in Anchorage, and her family's Alaska roots run deep — her great-grandparents homesteaded in Willow after moving from Michigan following the 1964 earthquake, and the family's been here ever since. She grew up in South Mt. View, attending Wonder Park Elementary, Wendler Middle School, and East High School, where some of her fondest memories were playing softball for Polar Little League. She still lives in the neighborhood today — close enough to Russian Jack Springs to grab a trail walk whenever she needs one, and it's still home in every sense. Kathryn is a mom of two young kids, and when she carves out a quiet moment you'll find her working on a jigsaw puzzle. Otherwise, the family's out at the park or walking the Coastal Trail together — she's looking forward to the day her kids are old enough to really dig into everything Alaska has to offer. Customers who work with Kathryn walk away feeling helped and informed.

  • Jennifer Joki

    Agency Leadership Team

For 20 years I have had the pleasure of representing Allstate customers in my neighborhood and across the state. I have been lucky to create great relationships with families and individuals in the community, many of whom have become lasting friends and neighbors. By merging my Allstate agency with another agency, I have been afforded the opportunity to continue these relationships and still be able to devote time to my family as their needs change. I lived in the 49th state for 49 years, but now I am working remotely in Wisconsin where my elderly mother resides. I continue to enjoy my spare time in the garden and preparing our holiday displays. My two grown sons still reside in Alaska, so I am sure I will be back for visits. It’s my goal to provide you with the knowledge required to select coverage that matches your needs. Working with a great team gives me time to help customers and provide the best service possible.

  • Sydney Foster

Inside Sales & Customer Retention Specialist

Sydney has been representing Allstate for nearly four years, helping customers make changes to existing policies, set up new coverage, and review what they have to helping see it still fits their life. Her path into insurance came from an unexpected place — a regular customer at the restaurant where she waited tables worked in the industry, saw something in her, and opened the door to an interview. Sydney's focus is liability coverage — helping see customers actually understand their exposure, not just their premium — and she's a strong promoter for umbrella policies as part of that conversation. She's especially effective with first-time homebuyers, walking them through coverage decisions many of them are making for the very first time. Outside of work, Sydney's world revolves around her two kids, 8-year-old Alistair and 2-year-old Elliott — family time is where she'd rather be than anywhere else. Friendly, informative, and someone customers trust — that's exactly how Sydney wants to be remembered after working with them.

  • Grace Walter

Inside Sales & Customer Retention Specialist

Grace has been representing Allstate since May 2024, helping customers with policy questions, coverage changes, and reviews to help their protection actually fits their life. She got into insurance because she wanted a career built around helping people protect what matters most to them — and that's exactly what drew her to the work. Grace especially enjoys meeting customers face-to-face and building real relationships, help them leave every conversation feeling informed and confident in their coverage. She takes pride in making insurance easier to understand — walking customers through their options, identifying what they actually need, and building the kind of trust that makes tough conversations easier. One area she spends real time on: liability exposure. Many customers are surprised by how much of their assets and income could be at risk in a liability situation, and once she understands their full financial picture, she'll often bring up a personal umbrella policy as an added layer of protection for what they've worked hard to build. Grace grew up as a military kid, moving around before her family chose to settle down closer to home and extended family — and they've been here ever since. These days, when she's not at the office, she's home with her fiancé and their two cats, trying out new recipes or curled up with a good book. Weekends often mean getting out on the water — fishing or dip-netting — checking out local restaurants or taking in the glaciers. Customers who work with Grace come away knowing she truly listens, genuinely cares about protecting what matters to them, and makes insurance easier to understand.

  • Hannah Johnson

    Inside Sales & Customer Retention

Hannah has been representing Allstate for two years, helping customers find coverage that actually fits their needs and answering their questions along the way — with the goal of making insurance feel a little less complicated. Before insurance, she worked at a gas station and realized she wanted more purpose in her day-to-day; helping people protect what matters most turned out to be exactly that. Hannah especially loves policy reviews — the chance to really dig into a customer's needs, helping see they're properly covered, and often find ways to save them money in the process. There's nothing quite like the feeling of a customer leaving a conversation better off than when it started, whether that's helping someone through a claim or just finding them a better rate. Outside of work, Hannah's world centers on her son. The two of them play video games together and take nightly walks to explore the conservation land they live on, where all kinds of wildlife come out after dark. Customers who call Hannah come away describing her as efficient, understanding, and kind.

  • Lindsay McCall

    Inside Sales & Customer Retentions

Lindsay came to insurance from a background as a patient agent in home health and hospice — work that taught her the value of listening and guiding people through difficult decisions with real compassion. That foundation carried directly into her current role, where she helps customers understand their coverage and make confident, choices about protecting what matters most to them. Lindsay especially enjoys creating space for customers to ask questions without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. She's at her best with new homeowners and growing families — people navigating a major life change who just need someone to break coverage down into plain language and help them find something that fits both their needs and their budget. A common surprise for customers: insurance conversations don't have to be confusing or intimidating. She believes everyone deserves a clear explanation and the chance to ask questions freely. Outside of work, Lindsay spends her time reading, tending to her flower and indoor plant collection, and kayaking — she loves being near water whenever she can. When customers talk with Lindsay, she wants them to walk away feeling like she was knowledgeable, compassionate, and someone they could relay on to guide them — especially when it comes to spotting extra protection they didn't know they needed.

  • Sadie Harrell

Outside Sales Producer & Customer Onboarding Specialist

Sadie's been representing Allstate since March 2025, and she's built her role around getting new customers started on the right foot — walking them through their policy so they actually understand what they're covered for, not just handed a packet and sent on their way. She spent the first ten years of her career in the medical field before making the jump to insurance, but the throughline is the same: she genuinely loves helping people. Sadie shines with customers going through big life transitions — buying a first home, getting married, starting out on their own for the first time. She makes a point of never letting someone leave a conversation knowing less than when they walked in, and she's not above cracking a joke along the way, because let's be honest, insurance isn't exactly thrilling on its own. One thing that surprises a lot of customers: toys like four-wheelers, snowmachines, boats, and ATVs usually need their own policy - they're not automatically covered if the house burns down. Born and raised in Alaska, Sadie spent much of her childhood on boats and four-wheelers, camping and fishing across the state — she can't picture calling anywhere else home. That lifelong Alaska perspective shows up in her work, too: she helps customers know the coverage details that actually matter up here — moose-collision coverage, windshield protection heading into breakup season, and how ivory, baleen, or furs are covered under a home policy. Outside of work, Sadie's an avid reader and the proud owner of a 10-year-old pit bull named Lily. Ask customers and they'll tell you: she's hilarious, and she knows her stuff.

  • Arlene Bushman

Outside Sales Producer & Customer Onboarding Specialist

Arlene has been representing Allstate for two years, building on six years of experience guiding people through the world of insurance. Her path here was anything but conventional — she spent years in Hollywood, before retiring from that career. During COVID-19, watching loved ones turn to crowdfunding to cover final expenses sparked something in her: a deep desire to help people find a more secure way to protect the people they love. That experience led her to insurance as a meaningful second career, one built around lasting relationships and real protection for her community. For Arlene, customers aren't accounts — she brings the same fierce care to their financial safety and well-being that she'd bring to her own family. Rather than handing people cookie-cutter plans padded with unnecessary extras, she specializes in building honest, real security for when life gets unpredictable. She walks alongside customers through major milestones — buying a first home, upgrading a car, planning for future income — helping them truly understand their coverage every step of the way. Family time and time in nature are where Arlene recharges, whether that's the shores of Wasilla Lake, the sand at Kincaid Beach, or the sunshine up in Hatcher Pass — and that restorative time is exactly what fuels her passion back at work. Her goal with every customers is the same: to leave them feeling completely relieved, knowing they have a thoroughly reliable Representative who treats them like family.

  • Jason Bushman

    Licensed Producer

Jason is excited to be starting a new chapter — one dedicated to helping people protect what matters most in their lives. His day-to-day is all about connection: getting customers matched with the right agent to help protect their property and support their future, and helping see that first impression is warm, caring, and welcoming. Jason spent the last 30 years in sales, building a loyal local following through the printing and shipping store he owned and ran. After selling the business in 2023, he went looking for a new industry and team to grow with for the next chapter of his career — and found both at the Agency. What he loves most is the moment of connection: putting a customer with the agent who can truly help protect them and watching them realize it's easier to get what they actually need than what they've settled for in the past. Jason recently welcomed his fifth grandchild, and family time in nature is where he feels most at peace — whether that's walking the backwoods with his wife, hiking the Continental Divide with his sons, introducing his grandkids to the ocean, or just taking a quiet stroll around a local lake. Originally from the western Lower 48 — Texas, Utah, Colorado, Nevada, and Wyoming — he's fallen in love with the wide-open country Alaska offers. Customers who talk to Jason walk away saying the same thing: it was the most welcoming and helpful phone call they've ever received.

  • Thomas Betti

    Personal Financial Representative

Tom has been helping families and businesses with financial services and insurance products since 1993. During Tom’s tenure in the business, he has consistently been a top producer and received numerous national performance awards plus induction into Allstate Financial Service Hall of Fame. His vast knowledge, passion for the products he sells and the security he provides customers has been a major asset to our team. Tom is happily married to his wife Debra and with 3 children, 4 dogs, and one cat things tend to be a bit crazy around the house. Tom enjoys spending time with family and exploring the great Alaska outdoors, camping, hunting and fishing.

Services: Retirement , Life Insurance , College Funding , Long Term Care Insurance

  • Abdriel Rodriguez

Outside Sales Producer & Customer Onboarding

Abdriel joined the Agency in 2026, bringing prior Allstate sales and service experience with him. His focus is helping customers find the right protection options for their home, vehicles, and family — understanding what actually matters to them and building coverage around it, without making the process complicated. What drew Abdriel to insurance was the chance to do more than sell a product: build real relationships, solve problems, and help customers protect what they've worked hard for. He's especially comfortable with customers juggling multiple needs — several vehicles plus a home, for example — where he can look at the full picture and find real opportunities to bundle and simplify. A common surprise for customers: policy reviews often turn up coverage limits they didn't know existed, and he makes a point of understanding those limits clearly - so decisions get made on facts, not just price. Outside of work, Abdriel is into exercise, technology, and spending quality time with family — always looking for ways to grow, both personally and professionally. He wants customers to walk away describing him as knowledgeable, confident, easy to talk with, and someone who earned their business the right way.
