Our team provides care focused on helping hospitalized or in-home patients who require acute rehabilitation after health events such as stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury or amputation. This medically-based, interdisciplinary approach provides highly-focused care to improve or restore physical ability and cognitive function. We use intensive, active, coordinated and therapeutic interventions of physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology or prosthetics/orthotics therapy.
